Robust Wine Bar was chosen "Favorite Wine Bar" by Sauce Magazine Readers in 2010, "Best Small Plates" by St. Louis Magazine and in 2008 it was voted St. Louis Magazines "Restaurant of the Year"! These are just some of the recognitions this place has received. You can feel comfortable here! It's a nice, warm, inviting atmosphere that is not intimidating. The wines are listed by ROBUST FACTOR, a friendly to use format based on body style, that helps you navigate through the wine list. Then the wines coincide w/ the food menu.
The menu features numerous artisan cheeses, charcuterie and unique tasting plates inspired by the wines. There is a day menu and an evening menu. Robust is owned by Certified Sommelier, Stanley Browne and his lovely wife, Arlene.
