Spaghetteria Mamma Mia is located in "The Grove" area of St. Louis at the corner of S. Vandeventer and Chouteau. My visit was for lunch only so I had to try the advertised Lunch Buffet for $8! What a deal and great food.
The inside is very eclectic. The waitress and chef both seemed very friendly and told me about the history of the place. The owners owned a "Wrecking" business and lots of the inside decor came from buildings that had been demolished.
My post is only about the lunch buffet: Lots of vegetarian options, but also pizza, soups, a large salad selection with "freshly grilled vegetables" and a protein buffet, and a dessert buffet with chocolate or yellow sheet cake that you add your own frosting! That's right! ALL FOR $8!
