SPAGHETTERIA MAMMA MIA - The Grove

Spaghetteria Mamma Mia is located in "The Grove" area of St. Louis at the corner of S. Vandeventer and Chouteau.  My visit was for lunch only so I had to try the advertised Lunch Buffet for $8!  What a deal and great food.

The inside is very eclectic. The waitress and chef both seemed very friendly and told me about the history of the place.  The owners owned a "Wrecking" business and lots of the inside decor came from buildings that had been demolished.

My post is only about the lunch buffet: Lots of vegetarian options, but also pizza, soups, a large salad selection with "freshly grilled vegetables"  and a protein buffet, and a dessert buffet with chocolate or yellow sheet cake that you add your own frosting!  That's right!  ALL FOR $8!

TREZO VINO WINE BAR - Kansas City

Trezo Vino is located in Leawood, Kansas in the Park Place area.  It's a cute, upcoming area with nice shops and dining establishments.   Trezo Vino is considered a Wine Bistro that also has many unique entree's.
   On our visit we came for lunch.  But I'm sure dinner's are a real treat also!

Wine Flights can be selected by the size you prefer.  A taste, a glass or a Quartino of wines.
