SEOUL TACO - Food Truck

Seoul Taco is a food truck that Chef/Owner David Choi is venturing around the city of St. Louis with during the day and then around Happy Hour time you might find the truck around the Chesterfield area at different bars.  Seoul Tacos are Korean style BBQ Tacos where the meat is caramelized and put inside a corn tortilla, then topped with a Korean salad mix, green onion, seoul sauce, crushed sesame seeds and a wedge of lime.

Seoul Taco Truck offers Taco's & Quesadillas filled with bulgogi - Korean BBQ beef, spicy pork or chicken or tofu.  Another option is the Gogi Bowl - which is rice with a protein then topped with a fried egg.

Bulgogi (Steak) Taco - $2.50 Topped w/ Korean Salad mix, green onion, seoul sauce, crushed sesame seeds, wedge of lime.

Pot stickers $2

Gogi Bowl $7  Rice, choice of meat, fresh veggies, sesame oil, fried egg and spicy gochujang pepper paste.
